DLH, Inc. Enters into National Distribution Agreement

IntelligentFirstAid Kits to be Marketed to Industrial Users

Red Bank, NJ (September 3, 2004)—DLH, Inc. has entered into a national distribution agreement with SpecialMade Goods & Services, Inc., to market their line of IntelligentFirstAid products to commercial and industrial users. SpecialMade, headquartered in Winchester, Virginia, manufactures, customizes and distributes a wide variety of sanitation, health and safety products into the industrial marketplace. The company was formed in 1997 as a spin-off company of Rubbermaid Commercial Products, LLC.

SpecialMade will market the industrial line of DLH's IntelligentFirstAid kits through its own sales channels as well as through more than 400 distributors with which it has relationships. In addition, the contractual relationship designates SpecialMade as a preferred vendor, enabling it to participate directly with DLH in trade shows, targeted marketing programs and other promotional programs designed to build market awareness of this new development in first aid technology and to stimulate industrial sales.
